See what a STRONG reader Library Lil is? She's one of my many book characters. Library Lil and I are a lot alike. We love to read and constantly have our noses in books. We'd like everyone to share our love of reading! Though Lil's a public librarian, I was an elementary school librarian. For over twenty years I helped kids find good books. And I also taught writing with Grades 3-6. Now I'm a full-time writer who also enjoys visiting schools and speaking at conferences for teachers, librarians, and writers.
